Dark view/night mode is released for salesforce lightning(Beta), It will help user to work in low light. These features provide end users with rich enhancements that aren’t available out-of-the-box with Lightning.

How to Enable Dark view in your Salesforce org
Night mode/Dark mode is not in built feature of Salesforce but Salesforce Lightning Product Management team developed Chrome extension (Soon it will be available on Firefox and Microsoft edge).
Step 1. To enable night mode you need to add chrome extension name is Lightning Extension you can download it by using link .
Step 2. Once Extension got installed you can enable or disable as per your need, please check screen below. you will get this screen once you open installed extension.
